All disputes that are considered to be within our scope or range of coverage, are $25 an hour, per party. Inter-organizational and intra-organizational disputes are a courtesy; therefore, there's no charge.*

 All paperwork is e-mailed to the parties; hence, any hard copies of paperwork are subject to a   fee.

All 'FREE' services for non-profit organizations are to be held at an agreed upon location, excluding our office. Alternative locations are subject to additional charges.
